Background
Michael has over 25 years of experience specializing in the worldwide taxation of corporations including the areas of international tax, US tax, state tax, transfer pricing, IRS and international audit resolution, accounting for income taxes and mergers and acquisitions. Michael spent 15 years with two of the big four accounting firms, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Gilead, Michael was the Corporate Tax Director of Handspring, Inc.
