Background
Led Oracle’s worldwide tax department from 1987-2006 as Senior Vice President Tax and Customs, responsible for managing worldwide tax and customs functions including all aspects of tax compliance, audits, tax policies and procedures, and tax accounting. With Arthur Andersen served multi-national corporations in London, Hong Kong, Oregon, and California.
