Background
During the past 11 years working in industry in California and as the head of tax eight of those years. Prior experience in public accounting includes Arthur Andersen in Houston (1982-1989), KPMG in Los Angeles (1989-1993), Pricewaterhouse Coopers (C&L 1993-1998) primarily dealing with international tax issues including mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions.
